The FreshenUp Cleansing Treatment is packed with antioxidants and refreshing botanicals, such as Gotu Kola and Red Clover extract, to gently and effectively remove dirt and odor. Dry shampoos can create buildup on the skin andcoat but FreshenUp Cleansing Treatment, though applied to a dog’s dry coat, is then rinsed off, taking the smell and dirt with it. The treatment begins outside of the tub by massaging the product into the skin and coat. Your dog can relax while the cucumber cleanser begins to work its magic; a quick rinse later and voila, a more dog friendly bath time!
We originally intended the FreshenUp Cleansing Treatment product to work on short coated dogs for an effective yet quick and easy alternative to bath time. But we were surprised at how versatile the product turned out to be. After using the product on our short-coated Boston Terrier Moe, and loving how shiny and soft he was after such an easy treatment, we wondered if this simple product could transform our other canine consultant, Toby. We love Toby, our Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier but his thick coat can make bath time an event, to say the least. We decided to try the FreshenUp Cleansing Treatment on his high maintenance coat. After working the product through his coat and a quick rinse off, we were amazed at the product’s ability to cut down tangles and leave his coat shiny and manageable, all in half the time of a typical bath. For Toby, we now use this as an in-between bath treatment; we use the Essential Collection twice per month for his routine baths and alternate FreshenUp in between. Toby couldn’t be happier with his new routine and all the compliments he gets on his walks.
